1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on the Veda Academy platform, including digital and physical products, are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This applies to:
Digital Products:
- Live Courses
- Recorded Courses
- Test Series & Mock Exams
- Subscription Plans
- Any other online learning materials
Physical Products:
- Navodaya Kit
- Theory Books
- Model Papers
- Any other printed study material
Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following cases:
For Digital Products:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user has been charged twice for the same course, a refund will be processed for the extra payment.
- Technical Issues (From Our End): If a user is unable to access purchased content due to a verified system error from our side, and the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or course replacement.
- Course Cancellation: If Veda Academy cancels a course after purchase, we will provide a refund or an equivalent course.
For Physical Products:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the product received is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos as proof.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
- Lost Shipment: If a shipment is lost during transit and confirmed by our courier partner, we will either resend the product or issue a store credit.
Note: We do not accept return requests for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
3. Delivery & Support
- Delivery Time: Physical products are shipped via our courier partners and typically delivered within 15 business days.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension and legal action. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to challenge them with supporting documentation.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
Veda Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and app.
